Ruth-Anne Chambers

Ruth-Anne has a Bachelor of Music (BMus) in Piano Performance from UBC.
She believes music is an essential part of any child’s education, and further that the process of musical training increases cognitive development and helps children (and adults!) develop to their full potential.
She teaches popular and classical styles, focusing on each student’s individual interests. She has taught children as young as four through to senior adults, beginner to advanced, including those preparing to enter university as music majors.
She is thoroughly familiar with the Royal Conservatory of Music examination system and has prepared students for examinations from Preparatory through Grade Ten.
In addition to the piano, Ruth-Anne plays saxophone and limited but enthusiastic cello.
